INTS 153 East Meets West

Combines a traditional humanities and social science curriculum with the opportunity to study the interaction of Eastern and Western culture. Integrating the disciplines of history, literature, theology and politics, this course surveys the development of Western culture by focusing on the West’s historic interaction with the Orthodox and Islamic cultures of the Mediterranean, Eastern Europe, and the Mideast.
