- 14 - Classes begin 7:45am
- 21 - Last day to add/drop first half of semester courses
- 25 - Faculty submit grades for Fall 2012 Incompletes to the ARO
- 28 - Last day to add/drop regular full semester courses
February
- 1 - Mayterm course selection begins - courses can be selected online through February 21
- 12 - Mid-term grades due for first half of semester courses
- 14 - Last day to withdraw from first half of semester courses without an F
- 21 - On-line Mayterm course selection closes (students may still enroll via email to academicrecords@houghton.edu)
- 22 - Summer online course selection begins - courses can be selected online through March 13
- 27 - Break begins 9:30pm
March
- 4 - Classes resume 7:45am
- 6 - Monday/Wednesday Second half semester courses begin
- 12 - Tuesday/Thursday Second half semester courses begin
- 12 - Mid-term grades for full semester courses due 11pm
- 13 - Last day to add/drop MWF second half of semester courses
- 13 - Houghton College Evaluation and Life Planning Day (H.E.L.P.)(no classes during the day)
- 13 - Summer online course selection closes (students may still enroll via email to academicrecords@houghton.edu)
- 14 - Last day to add/drop TR second half of semester courses
- 15 - Final grades due for first half of semester courses
- 15 - Senior course selection begins
- 18 - Junior course selection begins

- 30 - Honors Projects Proposals due in the Academic Deans Office

- 1 - Mayterm/Summer Independent Study proposals due in Academic Records office

- 12 - Honors Project final manuscript to be submitted to committee
- 15 - Last day to withdraw from MWF second half semester courses without an F
- 16 - Mid-term grades due for second half of semester courses
- 19 - Last day to withdraw from TR second half semester courses without an F
- 22 - Honors Project oral exam and/or public performance due
- 24 - Honors committees report findings
- 27 - Honors Projects – students file corrected copy with Library by today
May
- 1 - Last day of classes, First final exam 7:00pm
- 1-7 Final Exams
- 7 - Semester ends at 3:30pm
- 7 - Extra special senior grades due by 4pm – email will come from Marge Avery
- 7 - Selected senior grades are due by 11pm – roster will come from James Hutter
- 11 - Commencement
