Off-Campus Programs
More than half of our students hit the road, the high seas, and the friendly skies to study abroad. During 12 weeks in Tanzania, you can experience African life while studying history, anthropology, environment, languages, politics and religion. Or you might travel to the Australia and New Zealand enjoying a varied course load and a different perspective on modern life.
Every May, we offer a special term where students put what they’ve learned during the year into practice, anywhere from Sierra Leone to Ecuador. Over 500 students have traveled to Europe over the past twenty years on Houghton's Mayterm in Europe program.
