Middle East Studies Program

Located in Amman, Jordan, the Middle East Studies Program (MESP) gives students the opportunity to experience the daily life, language, food, culture, religion and politics of a city with ancient roots and modern significance. With travel throughout Jordan, and to other locations in the Middle East, you will learn firsthand from local people how to work, play and serve in the region, as you grow in how to be a neighbor and embrace difference.

Contemporary Music Center

Get real-world music industry experience at The Contemporary Music Center in Nashville, Tennessee. CMC is a semester long, 16-credit hour program that prepares colleges students for careers in the entertainment industry, challenging them to live out their faith as Christ-followers. Thirty students live, work, and create music together in a facility with 24/7 access to world-class gear. Faculty are music industry pros who keep the program relevant and practical.  The “Final Exam” is a week-long Road Tour at the end of the semester.

Los Angeles Film Studies Center

The Los Angeles Film Studies Center offers a highly professional, deeply caring environment for students seeking a program that will develop their skills to enter the entertainment industry—and to do so as thoughtful people of faith.  The program is located in L.A., immersing students in the world of Hollywood while maintaining a home base of support for their faith conviction, training and well‐being. It is offered through Olivet Nazarene University.

Uganda Studies Program

Join one of the premier universities in East Africa for the fall or spring semester to study and live alongside Ugandans and other students from the continent. Through classes, internships, and living with Ugandan families or peers, USP@UCU provides opportunities for students to authentically engage people, culture, and contemporary realities in Uganda in ways that challenge them to be active participants in Christ’s claim on all aspects of life.  This program is offered through Uganda Christian University.
