Experience: Professor Minchen’s career spans both broadcasting and business. After serving overseas in the U.S. Army Security Agency as a television and radio broadcaster, he worked for eight years in broadcasting, including time at Rochester’s 50,000-watt WHAM. Professor Minchen joined Xerox Corporation and progressed through a variety of communication positions to become Director of Public Relations for the company’s developing markets division. |
He managed communication strategy, projects and staff in Latin America as well as Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, the Middle East and India. He comes to Houghton after 27 years with Xerox. |
