Bill Carpenter
Mr. Carpenter is the current director of the office of management
and budget for Monroe County, NY. The budget he oversees is
nearly $1 billion and must be spent on the 25 different
departments, including other expense priorities.
He has also been division president for The Doyle Group of
Rochester. After OneSource Facility Services, Inc. acquired The
Doyle Group, Bill was promoted to regional vice president while
keeping his division president title. While working there, he
improved efficiency greatly and freed up cash flow
substantially.
Other jobs include sales management and sales representative for
L. M. Berry And Company as well as selling insurance for
Metropolitan Life And Casuality Insurance Company as a licensed
sales representative.
He graduated with a BA in math/economics, State University of NY
at Buffalo.
Professional and community affiliations include School of the
Holy Childhood (currently Vice-Chair), Charles G. Finney School
(Currently Chair), Rochester Sales and Marketing Executives
including others.
