Eugene Frost
Eugene Frost is currently the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of
HOSTS Learning (Helping One Student to Succeed) in Vancouver, WA. His company
helps at-risk children to develop their reading and math skills.
In his position, he has increased the sales of HOSTS from $6
million to $13 million. Mr. Frost has also been employed in
management at companies that handle and train people in
purchasing and research of investment. These companies include
Fox River Financial Resources in Geneva, Illinois, and Chicago
Research and Training in Chicago, Illinois. He has traveled
extensively, making trips to London, Frankfurt, and Moscow to
assist in the management of overseas offices.
Mr. Frost’s education began at Wheaton College, where he
received a B.A. in Religious Studies, a minor in History, and
his Secondary Teacher’s certification. He then went on to
Northern Baptist Theological Seminary to obtain his Master of
Divinity and then his Ed.D. in Curriculum and Supervision from
Northern Illinois University.
Throughout his life, Eugene Frost has been an active and serving
member of his church and a beloved teacher at Wheaton Academy.
He has received awards for being Teacher of the Year and Alumnus
of the Year from Wheaton Academy and Wheaton College
respectively.
The Business Department is looking forward to learning more
about Mr. Frost’s career and how he has been able to use his
education and faith to make a difference in his surrounding
community.
