Keith Nickoloff

Keith is the President of PathForward, a SBU of Standard Register. He was the founder, President and CEO of PathForward's predecessor company, PlanetPrint, a web-enabled Print-on-Demand, Fulfillment and Professional Services Company that he grew to just under $30M in 2 years, leading to the sale of most of PlanetPrint to Standard Register in July, 2002. Keith returns to campus for his second engagement as one of our Guest Executives.

In 2000, Keith received the POD Pioneer of the Millennium Award, recognizing him as one of the ten most influential people in digital printing. He has personally led multi-million dollar professional services engagements at
American Express, Fortis, UnitedHealth and Sempra Energy. Additionally, he has conducted extensive consulting work for Heidelberg, IBM Printing Systems (acquired by Ricoh) and IKON, and more than 20 independent digital print and fulfillment companies.

Under his leadership at PlanetPrint, variable POD web solutions were built for companies such as 3M, Motorola, American Express, ING, Dairy Queen, iUniverse (Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and Palm), and the University of Minnesota.

Keith has a total of 24 years in the printing and publishing industry, 16 of those with Eastman Kodak Company, where he rose to the position of General Manager and VP of Office Imaging, a $2B division. He was based in London, England as Managing Director of Office Imaging's European Division and started Kodak's Facilities Management operation, which ultimately grew to $300M. Keith also served on the Kodak Brand Management and Marketing Excellence Councils.

Keith is a graduate of
Michigan State University, a regular speaker at major industry venues, and contributor to a number of industry publications. He and his wife, along with their three children, reside in Victor, NY, a suburb of Rochester, NY, and are active in church, sports, music and farming.
