Experience: J. Thomas Fuoco has taught Business
Law I & II at Houghton College as well as Human Resources
Management for the PACE program. Also, he has taught Civil
Procedure, Family Law, and Criminal Law at Olean Business
Institute.
Tom currently owns his own law office in Angelica, NY, where he
practices civil, criminal, and family court litigation. He is
admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as three federal district
courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States
Supreme Court.

Tom is also on the Board of Directors of Allegany/Cattaraugus
Legal Services (ACLS), which provides free legal services to
indigent residents of Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties.
