An Enrollment Packet will be sent to all students who have submitted their enrollment deposit and will contain the forms listed below. If you are living overseas or need to receive and send the required forms in a more timely manner, please download the forms below and send them to the appropriate departments by the stated deadlines.

Confirmation of Enrollment and Roommate Selection Form This form confirms your intent to enroll at Houghton and must be accompanied by a non-refundable $300 enrollment deposit.  We also use this to assist with roommate placement. Fall 2012

Final Transcript Request Form Please complete and submit this form to your high school guidance and/or college registrar's office. The Admission Office must receive an official transcript from all secondary and postsecondary schools that you have attended. Fall 2012
