Highlander Connection Days

Each spring the college offers three Highlander Connection Days.  These provide an opportunity for you to meet other new students, learn more about life at Houghton and finalize matters related to your attendance at Houghton.  Each day includes a parents' program and course selection for the fall semester

Picking up your laptop

If you have paid your enrollment deposit, you will receive your laptop computer on this day.  If not, you’ll pick it up when you arrive for classes in the fall.

Upon obtaining your laptop computer you must sign the ETA Usage Agreement .  This document outlines policies for care and usage of the laptop including Houghton College's acceptable computer use policy.

Foreign Language Placement Test

Please read the instructions for taking the foreign language placement test prior to your Highlander Connection Day.

Registration Information

You should have received a Highlander Connection Day registration form with your acceptance packet.  Please be sure to complete each section of this form and return it at least 3 weeks prior to your chosen day.  You can also download the registration forms here.
