Gillette Hall

Gillette Hall is Houghton's largest residential facility, housing over 330 women.
The center section was constructed in 1953 with the first wing
being added in 1959 and the second in 1964, completing its familiar H shape. In
recent years, Gillette has been carpeted throughout, wired for the Internet in the
rooms and cable television in the lounges. It has two special-interest floors;
an international floor, and an upperclass
"townhouse" floor with
expanded open house privileges and board options. Gillette offers more rooming
options than our other buildings with singles, doubles, triples, and quads. Most
of the rooms have a sink or sink room.
