Q: What is the difference between the Senior Alumni Banquet and the Alumni Picnic?
A: Both the Senior Alumni Banquet and the Alumni Picnic (sometimes known as the Younger Alumni Picnic) are the dinner options for Saturday July 11th. The Banquet is aimed for alumni from the 40-year class (1969 this year) and earlier. The Picnic is created for our younger alumni and families.
Q: Can I attend both?
A: Since their times are similar and overlap (see website), attending both is not really an option.
Q: What do my Registration Fees include?
A: The Full Weekend options include dinner from Friday evening through Sunday breakfast. The Saturday Day options include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for just Saturday.
Q: I have children aged 12 and older that will be sleeping in the room with me (and/or my spouse). Do we pay for them separately?
A: As with all conferences and events, children age 12 and older are considered adults and are charged as such regardless of where they stay. Children ages 5-11 lodge with their parents for free ONLY if they sleep in the parent’s room—if they want a separate room then it is an additional $5 per child. Children aged 0-4 stay free regardless of where they sleep!
