Gary M. Bahler is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Foot Locker, Inc.and a member of its Executive Committee. He has been an attorney in the Law Department of Foot Locker, Inc. or its predecessor companies since 1980, General Counsel since 1993, and a Senior Vice President since 1998.
Prior to joining the company, he was associated with the New York City law firm of Armstrong & Bray. He is a graduate of Houghton College and the Cornell Law School, where he was Research Editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. Mr. Bahler is a member of the General Counsel Committee of the Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Board of Trustees of Houghton College. He is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York State Bar Association, and the American Society for Legal History.
