Aaron Nieboer: Aaron has been the Creative Director at BrokenMyth Studios for 9 years. He co-founded the company with Josh in 2007 and has since grown the company from a 2 person creative agency to a full 15 person production boutique firm that specializes in interactive media. His primary role is to shape the vision of the company by identifying trending technologies as they relate to their targeted markets and responsible for directing the BrokenMyth brand. Prior to BrokenMyth, he worked in the gaming industry as a concept artist and freelance designer for several startups. Aaron graduated with a BFA from Columbus College of Art and Design in Time-Based Media. His passions include any traditional and digital creative medium, his family, games and comics. Aaron has been married for 17 years to his wife, Kristen (who attended Houghton). They have 4 amazing children together who are constantly challenging him to coloring contests or Lego build-a-thons. He usually wins…but more for the time he gets to spend with them and because they get bored long before he does with the event.
All are welcome! Great networking opportunity with local industry representatives!
