White House Christmas card exhibit

A White House Christmas card exhibit will be on display in the Center for the Arts Ortlip Gallery Saturday, December 1, through Saturday, December 8, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This exhibit will be free to visit and open to the public.  The collection on display will include over 30 cards, beginning with that sent by Franklin Roosevelt in 1944 and extending to those from each successive president through Obama. These cards, on loan from St. Bonaventure University, Regina Quick Center, are part of a White House tradition. The exhibit is sponsored by the Allegany County Area Foundation.  For more information go to
