Adult Degree Faculty: Human Resources Management
Houghton’s Adult Degree Completion Program has an opening for an adjunct professor qualified to teach Human Resources Management at our Jamestown location. The program is conducted year-round, with each course meeting multiple times, at multiple locations, throughout the year. The course is taught in Jamestown once a year.
Responsibilities: This course serves as an introduction to perspectives on traditional, current, and emerging practices in human resources management, including matters related to economics, law, psychology, sociology, and programs and policies used in employee management.
Qualifications: MBA or other business related graduate degree. Ph.D. and/or pertinent business experience desirable.
