New Hire Online Orientation
All new hires are responsible to review the following as applicable:
- Staff Handbook (If applicable)
- Faculty Handbook (If applicable)
- Key Policy
- Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Drugs and Alcohol Policy
- Sexual Harassment Policy
- Whistle Blower Policy
Additional legal notices are posted in the basement of Luckey Building by the Accounts Payable Office. The next time you are in the neighborhood, please feel free to stop by to read them!
All new hires will be asked to complete the five forms listed below:
- New Employee Data Form
- I-9 Form (Will need to bring original forms of appropriate ID)
- Federal Withholding Tax Form (W-4)
- State Withholding Tax Form (IT-2104)
- Direct Deposit Enrollment Form (Will need to bring a voided check)
