Commencement | Housing and Meal Information
On-campus students will remain in their rooms through the close of commencement. Graduating students who are off campus in the spring semester will need to make arrangements for room and board while here for commencement. Contact Becca Crouch in the Conference Office for reservations or other housing questions via email@example.com.
In addition to the nearby hotels, we will open our dorms to accommodate many families here on campus. If you would like to stay in college housing, please register by April 22, 2016. For guests who wish to stay off-campus, there are a number of area accommodations for your consideration.
Many colleges hold commencement at this same time, and we recommend that you make your plans early.
Guests must purchase meal tickets in order to eat on campus for Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Saturday breakfast.
Receptions following both Baccalaureate and Commencement are open to everyone, without need for tickets. If you would like to purchase meal tickets, please register by April 22, 2016.
If you are unable to register by April 22, meals tickets can be purchased at the registration desk for all meals except for the Friday family dinner.
If a guest has special physical needs, please advise Becca Crouch as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org for accommodations in room selection, the chapel, and the dining hall.
If a graduate is married, commencement information will likely go directly to them and not to parents. Graduates will need to see that parents are notified.
