Dale Wright, Chief Business Officer
Dale Wright is the Chief Business Officer at Houghton College. As such, his responsibilities involve day-to-day finance and H.R. functions as well as long-term strategic financial planning for the College.
Dale attended Houghton College from 1980 - 82 and transferred to the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelors degree in Management Studies. He also holds a MS in Management. He joined Houghton in December of 1995. Prior to beginning work at Houghton, Dale served as the Manager of Human Resources at Smith Meter, Inc., a multi-national manufacturing firm based in Erie, PA.

Ginny Jacobsen, Human Resources Administrator
Ginny is the Human Resources Administrator at Houghton College. Similar to Dale, her responsibilities include both day to day H.R., accounting, and finance functions (i.e. answering employment questions, working with benefit plans, accounting projects, etc.). Ginny is a 2001 graduate of Houghton College and has a number of years of office management/administrative experience. She returned to Houghton in 2005 with her husband Gabe who currently works in the Office of Student Life. During the summer of 2006, Ginny transferred to work full time in the Human Resources Department and is pursuing an HR certification through Cornell.
