Prioritization Study 2013-14
In the 2013-14 academic year, Houghton College undertook a prioritization study of academic programs, taking guidance from the model presented in Prioritizing Academic Programs and Services: Reallocating Resources to Achieve Strategic Balance (Dickeson, 2010). Every academic department and major conducted a review of its performance for the past 10 years. Reports were written using a common template, and scored using a common rubric. Results will be summarized by the Area Associate Deans and reported to the Board of Directors in May, 2014.
