The quartet performs both standard quartet literature and sacred arrangements. In addition, the ensemble gains experience in producing and performing original arrangements and improvisations based on hymns and other worship music. The Houghton College String Quartet has performed concerts and provided service music in a variety of settings including churches, concert halls, and on tour with the Houghton College Choir.
