Kantorei
Kantorei is a select ensemble comprised primarily of music majors who wish to further develop their musical skill. While it is not required that members of the Kantorei participate in the Men's and Women's Choir, most do. Founded in the fall of 2009 this ensemble aspires to offer a rigorous musical experience founded in the master-works of the choral repertoire while providing a voice for modern composers. Kantorei is proud to have the opportunity to perform and record new compositions by established and emerging composers from around the world as well as Houghton College faculty and student composers.
