Houghton College welcomes alumni and parents of current students to campus for Homecoming & Family Weekend, October 5-7, 2012. In addition to Homecoming activities, alumni with class years ending in ‘2’ or ‘7’ will be celebrating reunions. The weekend will begin with the annual Founders’ Day Convocation and recognition of Judge Sheila A. DiTullio ’77 as Alumna of the year.

This year’s Homecoming events will feature an alumni golf tournament, celebrating the return of golf as an intercollegiate sport after more than a 30-year lapse. Visitors may also enjoy choir performances, alumni classes, an alumni coffeehouse and a 5K Fun Run. There will also be a photo booth for the first time.  All events are free and open to the public.

Other notable festivities include a pancake breakfast, a chat with President Mullen, a fall festival, athletic events, a special dinner for alumni reunion classes, and finally, fireworks over the quad.  The weekend will wrap up on Sunday with the family weekend breakfast and worship service.
