ORTLIP ART GALLERY PRESENTS 18TH ANNUAL STUDENT EXHIBIT

HOUGHTON, N.Y.—The Houghton College Ortlip Art Gallery presents its 18th Annual All-Student Juried Art Exhibit on display March 9 to April 13.

Artist Cornelia Dohse-Peck will judge this year’s event. Dohse-Peck is from Germany, but has lived in Buffalo since 1993 where she is well known for arts activism in community arts organizations.

An awards ceremony on Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m. will honor artistic pieces for Best of Show, First Place, Second Place, Third Place, and Honorable Mention.

The college encourages the public to attend and celebrate the work of every student artist selected to be in the exhibit.

The Ortlip Art Gallery is located in the Center for the Arts. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Houghton College is located on Rt. 19 in Allegany County, 65 miles south of Buffalo and Rochester and 15 minutes from Letchworth State Park.
