HOUGHTON COLLEGE CHOIR 2007 MID-ATLANTIC TOUR

HOUGHTON, N.Y.—The Houghton College Choir celebrates its 75^th year with a mid-Atlantic tour March 18 to April 8.

Under the direction of conductor Brandon Johnson, the choir performed at the Lincoln Center and with the Buffalo Philharmonic and Rochester Philharmonic Orchestras. The ensemble recently completed a tour of Europe traveling to Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.

The 2007 tour program includes “The Regions Infinite” by J. Aaron McDermid, “O Day Full of Grace” by F. Melius Christiansen, “God’s Son Has Made Me Free” by Edvard Greig, “Crucifixus ” by Antonio Lotti, “I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes ” by Aldolphus Hailstork, “Lux Aurumque ” by Eric Whitacre, “Kassar Mie La Gaji “ by Alberto Grau, “Our Father” by Alexander Gretchaninoff, “True Light” by  Keith Hampton, and “Give Me Jesus ” by Larry Fleming.
