Pilates for Beginners 

May 30th, 6:00 PM at Houghton Movement and Arts Center

Learn how to strengthen mind and body through Pilates. This beginner's class includes instruction in Pilates breathing principles, and posture and low-impact mat exercises designed to improve flexibility and strength. Wear comfortable clothing--mats will be provided!
