Course Description: An introduction to personal computer and Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database software. Students work on real business computing projections. Discussion of current issues in computing.
Course Information: this course will be utilizing Houghton's Course Management System, Synapse to aid in the delivery of course information. All of the hands on lectures, detailed outline of each weeks assignments, and grade tracking will b on Synapse. In addition we will be using from time to time in the course the online discussion forum feature within the system.
