Teamwork: How Synergy Succeeds

In this course you will discover that there are many views of what a team is and what constitutes "teamwork" in an organization.  An emphasis is placed on how to develop successful teams and some of the pitfalls of a team initiative.  You will learn:

  • The essential components of a team environment

  • The supervisor's or manager's roles on the team

  • How teams fit into the ongoing effort to improve an organization's performance
