Prayer Requests

• For openness to the guidance of the Holy Spirit as we examine and enrich our worship life

• That this project might be gifted with a broad sense of ownership among faculty, staff, administration, students, and community members

• For stamina, inspiration, wisdom, and protection from harm or discouragement for the leadership committee and project director

• That all who travel to Houghton for the grant-sponsored events, either as presenters or participants, may travel safely

• That we may all learn more clearly, through our study and worship together, the meaning of worship as both our offering and God’s gift

• For discernment in the process of selecting songs and other materials for our printed resource

• That the Holy Spirit may use our work to touch individual lives in nourishing and helpful ways

• That the Holy Spirit might use our efforts to draw us more deeply into communion with God and with one another

• That our work (both the product and the process) will have a positive and lasting impact on the life of this community, to the greater glory of God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
