          Highlanders Unable to Stop Tornadoes, 77-66

Houghton, N.Y. The Highlanders once again could not finish the job as the Geneva Golden Tornadoes stormed back from an 8 point deficit in the first half to defeat the Highlanders, 77-66.   

The Highlanders were led in scoring by Luke Mortenson (Sr. Greenville, NY) who posted 14 points.  Sr. Allen Goodman (Citra, Florida) put in 14 points and also registering 7 rebounds, both totals tying his season best so far.  Yannick Anzuluni (Fr. Ottawa, ON) registered his 2nd double-double of the year with 10 points matching his 10 rebounds.  Mada Abdelhamid (Fr. Auckland, New Zealand) scored 10 points while snagging 6 rebounds on the night.  

The Highlanders are now 0-4 in AMC North Division play and look to capture their first AMC North victory in their next game on Saturday, January 20th versus Seton Hill University with the tip-off at 7:30PM.
