Prior to H.C: Selected Second-Team New York State Class D. Allegany County Birds’ Eye Player of the Year for 2006-2007. Winner of the Bob Davies/Lou Fay Scholarship Award for Section V in 2007.

Averaged 19.5 points and seven rebounds per game her senior year. Appeared in the Ronald McDonald WNY All-Star game. Four-time Allegany County First Team Selection in each of the last four years scoring over 1,000 points during her varsity career.

Daugherty is the daughter of Dr. David and Karen Daugherty of Houghton, N.Y. She intends to major in sociology and intercultural studies at the college.
