Gabree Joining Women’s Soccer Team
(5/7/2008) (Houghton, N.Y.)—Nicole Gabree has signed a letter of intent to play women’s soccer at Houghton College. Gabree, a native of Buford, Ga., will transfer after a year at Mars Hill (N.C.) College, an NCAA Division II program.

Player of the Year Button Signs with Houghton
(5/2/2008) (Houghton, N.Y.)—Kaylyn Button, the Big 30 Co-Player of the Year in 2007, has signed a letter of intent to play for the Houghton College women’s soccer team in the fall. Button piled up 78 goals and 56 assists in her career with Portville Central School, despite missing most of her junior year with a broken collarbone.

(4/30/2008) (Houghton, N.Y.)—Alyssa LaBoda has signed a letter of intent to play women’s soccer at Houghton in the fall. The midfielder from Mexico High School in Mexico, N.Y., earned all-league honors twice during her four-year varsity career.
