The Highlanders Printing Press is a full-service print shop that services faculty, staff, students, campus clubs, and local communities. We offer high-quality color and black and white printing, specialty papers, and a variety of finishing options.

The Highlanders Printing Press is located on the main level of the Reinhold Campus Center in The Highlanders Shop.
Office Hours:
Open to the public. Curbside and in-store pick-up options available.

Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Pick-Up Hours
Pick-up can be done any time during The Highlanders Shop open hours!
Pricing & Policies
Please consult our Information Guide to learn more about lead time requirements, paper selection, products, finishing services, pricing, and policies. To request a quote, please fill out our online order form with your information and select the quote box.
Submitting a Job
Jobs are typically completed in 24-48 hours. Jobs in large quantities (200+ pieces) and jobs requiring finishing will take longer to complete and should be submitted with 3-4 days of lead time. Rush jobs will be charged an additional 30% fee.

- Bring the file in on a flash drive (this is a good option for very large files)
- Bring in a hard copy
Accepted file formats:
- PDFs – these are preferred over Word or publisher documents because they will preserve fonts and formatting between computers.
- JPG/PNG – for images or photos; the higher the resolution, the better
- Word documents – ideal for plain-text documents without special formatting or pictures
- Excel documents
- Publisher files - would need to be sent via e-mail
