Payroll & Policy

This page provides useful information for current college employees. Contact the H.R. Department at extension 3210 with suggestions for improving the content and presentation of the information found here or about the addition of new items that would be beneficial to faculty and staff.

Paperless Pay:

Pay information for the current and prior calendar year is available online for viewing and printing. You can access your pay stubs 24 hours per day, 7 days a week online.

Each pay day, you will receive an email notifying you that your pay information is available.

You will be asked to set up a username and initial password when you visit the site. Once you are in to the site, we ask that you immediately change your password by going to the settings area on the right side of the screen.

Office Hours

Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and closed 12:30-1:00 pm for lunch.

The Houghton College Payroll Office is located in the basement of the Luckey Building.

Due to social distancing requirements, all in-person appointments with the Payroll need to be made in advance. No walk-ins can be accommodated.
