Because the average student should expect to invest a minimum of 15 hours per week per course, taking two online courses is the rough equivalent of a full-time job. Therefore, it is recommended that students take no more than one online course during each summer session.
Current Houghton College students
If you are currently enrolled at Houghton College, you will be eligible to register via Student Self Service starting February 7, 2019. After March 8, 2019 registration must be completed by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by visiting the Registrar’s Office in Fancher Building before 5:00 p.m.
Incoming Houghton College students
If you have been accepted for admission to Houghton for the fall 2019 semester, you may apply for an online course by completing the application below.
High school juniors and seniors
Students entering their junior or senior year in the fall of 2019 are eligible to enroll in Houghton’s summer online program. Students must complete the special students application below.
Houghton College Online guest
