RSEC Participant Application Houghton College > RSEC Participant Application Randall Student Engagement Community Application This community is a chance for students to engage with a topic they care about with peers who share that same passion.Students get priority housing, a lower housing cost, a close connection with a faculty or staff member, and funding for programming. Answer the questions together when applicable.Creation CareThe Creation Care House will focus on integrating environmental principles into the students' living experience by exploring sustainability topics through a lens of biblical creation care. The house will focus broadly on the topics of food, energy, and waste, but with a lot of flexibility for individual customization. The students will work closely with the Sustainability Director to coordinate their House projects with Center for Sustainability programming. Some opportunities for the creation care house include hosting regular sustainable meals, volunteering with the campus garden, campus beekeeping, and hosting an energy reduction competition.What creation care or sustainability topics are you most interested in?
