Assistant Professor of Management and Business Administration

Professor Rice began teaching at Houghton College in 2017. She has over 25-years professional experience in strategic planning, organizational development and human resource leadership within a variety of non-profit and for-profit contexts.  Professor Rice is the sole proprietor of Missional Movement International (MMI), an organization that provides HR, OD and strategic leadership consulting, coaching, and training services. Additionally, she is the developer of Missional LIFE Model ™, a tool used for organizational, vocational and personal development planning.

Professor Rice is married to Jim Rice.  She is grateful to be mom to four grown sons, a mother-in-law and grandma.
