Christensen Sets Another School Mark in Last Meet
(5/9/2008) (Houghton, N.Y.)—Naomi Christensen set a college record in the 400M hurdles—the ninth individual event in which she holds the school mark—in the team’s last regular-season track meet at Roberts Wesleyan College on Thursday. Christensen’s time of 1:06.89 broke a Highlander record that had stood for more than 12 years.

Scott Leads Strong Showing at AMC Meet
(4/21/2008) (NORTH CANTON, OHIO) — Steve Scott (shown at left running in an earlier meet at Houghton) set a Houghton College record in one event, won another and finished second in two others at the American Mideast Conference (AMC) track and field championship meet over the weekend, sharing the title of Outstanding Field Athlete of the Meet.
