AP, IB and CLEP
A maximum of 32 hours total of approved Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, DSST and Higher Level International Baccalaureate (IB) can transferred to Houghton.
Advanced Placement (AP)
Advanced course standing and/or college credit may be granted for students who earn an approved score on select Advanced Placement (AP) tests.

International Baccalaureate (IB)
Houghton will grant credit for higher-level IB subjects passed with a 5 or higher.
College-Level Examination Program (CLEP)
